What a vendor form is

You write what you need to know, they fill it in, and you say yes or no. It replaces the email thread and the spreadsheet, and everybody gets an answer, which is the part that fails when it is a mailbox.

Make a form

Name it the way the poster does: Art Walk 2026, artist spaces.

The description is a full text box, so it can carry the dates, the rules, what is provided and what is not. Anything somebody would otherwise email you to ask belongs in it.

The fee, and your pay link

Write the fee in your own words: $45 a stall for the weekend.

Your pay link is Square, PayPal, Stripe, Venmo or your own page. They pay you. StrollPoint never touches the money and never takes a cut.

An applicant only sees the fee and the link once you accept them, so nobody pays for a spot they did not get.

What the form asks

Name and email are always asked. Beyond that you choose: their phone, what they bring, the space they need, their own page.

Then type your own questions for anything else. Eight at most, because a form nobody finishes is worse than a form that asks too little.

A button of your own

Leave it empty and they apply here, which is the usual case. Put a link in and you choose what the button does:

The middle one is the useful one: you still get their name, email and phone even though the real form lives somewhere else.

When it is open, and where it shows

Opens and closes are the days the form takes applications. Taking applications off closes it and keeps everything.

Show this on the tour decides whether a card appears on the tour's menu. Off keeps the link working and shows nothing there, which suits a form you only want to send to a list.

They are in, Not this time, Mark paid

Answering a no kindly costs one sentence and keeps somebody applying next year.

Copy it onto your website, into an email or onto a poster. It opens the form on its own, branded, with a way back to the tour and to your other forms.

See what they see opens the same page so you can check it before you send it to anybody.

Copy the link

Copies the address of the public form. It opens the form on its own, with nothing else from the Front Desk on it.
