A job opening is a position, written up once, that people can apply to from the tour or from a link you hand out.
It is deliberately kept apart from Vendor applications, which is for somebody wanting a stall. The two have nothing to do with each other and share nothing but the machinery underneath.
You answer applicants yourself. StrollPoint never sees the money and never takes a cut.
Name it the way the posting does: Attendant/Operator, Water Filtration Plant.
The description is a full text box and it takes a whole job description, pasted in from wherever you already wrote it. Duties, pay, hours, benefits, what is required. There is no length worth worrying about.
No fee section appears on a job opening. Nobody pays to apply for a job.
Most hiring already happens somewhere: a city HR page, Indeed, an applicant tracking system. Put that link in and name the button, then choose what it does:
The middle one is why this exists. You keep a record of everybody who was interested even though the real form lives on somebody else's system.
Name and email are always asked. Beyond that a job opening offers their phone, what experience they have, and their own page.
There is no stall size on a job opening, because that is a market question and a job is not a market.

Each question can be a short answer, a long one, yes or no, or a list you write. Mark one as needed and the form will not send without it. Eight at most.

Taking applications off closes it and keeps every application you already have.
Show this on the tour puts a Job openings card on the tour's menu. Off keeps the link working and shows nothing there, which is right for a position you are only advertising by link.
Copy it into a posting, an email or a newsletter. See what they see opens it so you can check it before it goes anywhere.
The link in the list is a real link you can press. The page it opens says Job openings at the top, not Vendor applications, so nobody arriving at it is confused about what they are applying for.
