The LBS Alerts drawer has been removed from the editor. The whole feature lives in the Front Desk, under Location Based Services, and it does more there than it ever did here: dates, days, hours, how often one person sees it, where Directions walks them, and a status on every one telling you whether it is active, scheduled, expired or resting.
Nothing was lost in the move. Every service you had is still on the tour.
