The top half is the downtown numbers you already track and type in yourself. The bottom half is what the tour did in the same three months, beside the quarter before it.
The point is that the two halves sit on one page, so the tour is reported as part of the downtown rather than as a separate thing nobody asked about.
Open this quarter takes the one you are in. Any earlier quarter can be opened from the list, and Started beside one means some downtown numbers are already in it.
Fill it in as you go rather than the week before the meeting.
Type the ones you actually track and leave the rest empty. A number you guessed is worse than a blank.
Net new means opened minus closed, added minus lost, and it can be below zero. A quarter that lost two shops should say so.

That last one is the number a board understands immediately, because it is the closest thing to somebody walking through a door.
Add a few lines of highlights if you like: the art walk, the two shops that opened, the sponsor who signed.
